A graduate in International Affairs, Thierry createdhis own business in 1989 : « Recevoir en Normandie » opening, often for the first time, the doors of private historical properties to corporate events. After a mission for Deauville International Center, he joined the ICS CONSEILS team in Paris, organizing a wide range of events, mainly for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and luxury companies. Born in Normandy and living there, he re-launched « Recevoir en Normandie » which quickly became Deauville’s unique DMC, developing a strong partnership with the Lucien Barriere hotel chain. Caroline Louzir - Associated Partner
45 years old
A graduate in International Business and Chinese, Caroline spent on year in China. She made her first steps in the Incentive and Meeting business in 1987 as a tour leader. Traveling around the world for years, she is very quickly identified for her skills and joined the ICS CONSEILS team in Paris as a project manager for the pharmaceutical business, managing all kinds of events for up to 1,500 guests. In 1999, having become a mother, she decided to establish herself in the south-west of France, continuing to work free lance.

2007 : Caroline and Thierry decided to take advantage of their business background to start their own business : A LA CARTE EVENTS.
